I am a Professor at Nuffield College, a member of the leadership team of the British Election Study and I direct a research centre focusing on accountability, representation, British elections and political science communication beyond academia.

Robin Harding

I am a Professor of Politics in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford. I am also the Gillian Peele Fellow in Politics at Lady Margaret Hall.

My research interests are broadly centred on the relationship between political institutions and public policy outcomes, in areas such as education, healthcare, and the environment. Within this, my current work focuses primarily on three broad themes:

Sophie Smith

Research

I’m primarily a historian of political thought. My two main areas of research are early modern political ideas and twentieth century intellectual history, especially the history of feminist politics and political theory. 

Adam Roberts

Adam Roberts is Senior Research Fellow of the Centre for International Studies in Oxford University's Department of Politics and International Relations. He is also Emeritus Professor of International Relations at Oxford University, and Emeritus Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford.

He is not able to act as supervisor for new graduate students.

Jan Zielonka

I teach European Politics and Society at the University of Oxford. My main research interests are in the field of European Integration and Disintegration, Political Geography, Comparative Politics and Democracy, Political Ideologies (especially liberalism), Media and Communication.
