Oxford Constitutional Studies Forum
This is a time of unprecedented constitutional challenges and turbulence: Around the world, globalisation, populism, environmental degradation, inequality, democratic decay and authoritarian backsliding are exposing the tensions in the constitutional structures of democratic states.
Oxford's Constitution Studies Forum catalyses and communicates the University's global constitutional expertise in Politics, Law, Government, and History. Mustering this exceptional breadth and depth of Oxford expertise the forum analyses these global challenges, bringing together scholars and policy-makers, and providing a forum through which Oxford’s research can be communicated beyond the academy.
The Oxford Constitutional Studies Forum is led by Professor Petra Schleiter, with Professor Nicholas Barber (Oxford Law Faculty). It is funded by the University of Oxford's John Fell Fund until 2024.
