A ‘packed programme of excellent panels’ featuring key UK policy-makers, including members of Government and Parliament, academics and policy experts, came together last month to discuss the Government’s constitutional reforms.
The knowledge exchange conference on Johnson’s Constitutional Reform Agenda was co-organised by the Department of Politics & International Relations at the University of Oxford, the Constitution Unit at UCL, and UK in a Changing Europe (UKICE).
The online event brought together politicians, policy experts and academics to discuss the government’s progress so far, and what lies ahead.
Over two days the conference explored some of the most consequential constitutional questions before us at this time - from devolution and the future of the union to the review of the Fixed Term Parliaments Act.
