Ulrike Franke, a D.Phil candidate in International Relations, has published an article in Internationale Politik (January/February 2013).


The article explores the tensions between the advantages gained learning about foreign policy and international relations by studying and spending time abroad and the costs in career opportunities lost while out of the country.
