Professor Todd H. Hall writes about his new book 'Emotional Diplomacy' for The Page 99 Test

Ford Madox Ford is quoted as saying, "Open the book to page ninety-nine and read, and the quality of the whole will be revealed to you."   The Page 99 Test is a blog which, as the title indicates, puts this theory to the test.

Todd Hall was asked to submit his recent book: Emotional Diplomacy: Official Emotion on the International Stage

Todd writes: "Page 99 lands the reader right in the middle of Chapter 3, titled “The Diplomacy of Sympathy,” where I am discussing the Russian response to 9/11."
