Professor Rana Mitter's book cited in speech by President of Taiwan

On 3 June, President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) mentioned Rana Mitter's work in a video conference with Stanford University on the 70th anniversary of the end of China's war with Japan, specifically the vital contribution to the Allied war effort made by the Republic of China.
