Professor Iain McLean provides analysis on recent local elections

Iain McLean was interviewed by Phil Gayle on BBC Radio Oxford (4 May), and was asked to give an overview of concerning the recent local elections.


"We know that more or less what was expected to happen has happened", Iain said. "First of all, very low turnout, 32%; secondly, Labour have made a lot of gains, and both of the Coalition parties have done quite badly."
