Giovanni Capoccia has been awarded a grant from the John Fell OUP Research Fund.
The grant will support comparative research on the responses to neo-Fascist and neo-Nazi political parties in four Western European democracies. The study, which focuses on the early years of re-democratization after 1945 in Italy, Germany, Austria and The Netherlands, is part of a larger project, entitled `Militant Democrats`, on the comparative analysis of reactions to the extreme right in Western Europe.
