The Guardian publishes profile of Professor Vernon Bogdanor

The Guardian (Education Guardian), p.9, Chris Arnot (UK), 17/02/2009 has published a profile of Vernon Bogdanor, professor of government at Oxford University.

Vernon Bodganor believes that various measures passed by the Labour government over the past decade, taken together, are beginning to amount to what he calls a New British Constitution. The Political Studies Association recently awarded Professor Bogdanor the Sir Isaiah Berlin award for his lifetime contribution to the subject.
