Dr Nigel Bowles appointed permanent Director of Rothermere American Institute

Dr Nigel Bowles has been re-appointed as Director of the Rothermere American Institute on a full-time and permanent basis. Sadly, this means that he has resigned his University Lectureship in the Department, effective August 31st. But, we offer him our heartiest congratulations and look forward to working closely with him in years to come on the many areas DPIR and RAI have as common interests. And we thank Nigel for his enormous contributions to the Department.
