Dr Angela Cummine's new book is reviewed in the Financial Times

Angela Cummine's new book on Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs) – Citizens' Wealth – has been reviewed in the Financial Times (26 September).

The review neatly summarises the book: "As the book’s title suggests, she argues that SWFs need truly to amount to “citizens’ wealth” rather than just the kitty of the state — or, worse still, the kitty of special interests that have captured the state. Cummine wants citizens to feel and act like the owners of their money, and judges that even SWFs she commends, such as Norway’s and New Zealand’s, fall short of this ideal."
