Ben Noble - DPhil candidate in Politics, New College - has been awarded an Alfa Fellowship, 2011-12.
The Alfa Fellowship was created in 2004 by Alfa Bank to strengthen ties between the US and Russia. A high-level transnational dialogue programme, the initiative was extended to UK nationals in 2009. Ben is the first academic track Alfa Fellow to be appointed. He will be based in Moscow at the Carnegie Moscow Center and the Institute of Law and Public Policy, as Visiting Scholar.
