Applications now open for Oxford Spring School 2021

The Department of Politics and International Relations is pleased to announce that the 2021 Oxford Spring School in Advanced Research Methods is now open for applications.

The 2021 Oxford Spring School will take place from Monday 19 April to Friday 23 April.

Oxford Spring School offers graduate students and researchers from universities across the UK and abroad a unique venue to learn cutting-edge methods in Social Science.

The week-long Spring School programme is organised by the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford, and consists of four advanced courses in quantitative and qualitative methods. This year, applicants can choose to attend one of four courses relevant to both quantitative and qualitative researchers: the week-long options will be Casual Inference, Qualitative Methods and Fieldwork, Machine Learning and Quantitative Text Analysis for the Social Sciences.

For the first time, this year's courses will be taught virtually, online, with course instructors joining us from varying locations. The fee to attend this year's Oxford Spring School is £450.
The deadline for applications is midday on 1 March 2021.
