Agnia Grigas publishes new book on Baltic-Russian energy relations
Agnia Grigas (ne Baranauskaite), who received her D.Phil in International Relations in 2011, has written a new book The Politics of Energy and Memory between the Baltic States and Russia.
The book explores why the Baltic states, which share similar histories and resources and face similar geopolitical challenges, have adopted strikingly different foreign policies toward Russia, on whom all depend on for energy.
