Josh is studying for a DPhil in Politics at the Department of Politics and International Relations. His studies are generously funded by Nuffield College and the Clarendon Scholarship.

At Harvard, Josh was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa and his senior thesis won Harvard's James Gordon Bennet Prize for "best essay... on some subject of American governmental, domestic, or foreign policy."
Outside academia, Josh previously worked as a management consultant for BCG, where he focused on evaluating evidence-based interventions for tech, financial services, and government organisations.
