I am currently in my second year of the MPhil in European Politics and Society. My research interests are primarily extremism, radicalisation, and computational social science. My multidisciplinary background intersects in my current research looking at so-called gateway organisations in Europe: radical groups existing at the fringe of extremism and conservatism.
Prior to joining the DPIR, I was awarded a First Class degree from the University of Oxford in Religion and Middle Eastern Studies. I have also worked as an intern at the Norwegian Foreign Ministry, held various research positions including at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, and at a tech start-up.
