Exeter College, in cooperation with the Department of Politics and International Relations, is offering a three year studentship commemorating Sir Winston Churchill. The Winston S. Churchill Scholarship is open to American students (men and women) intending to work towards a doctoral degree in international relations and to focus on a research topic related to the period and the policies of Sir Winston Churchill.
