Ulrike Franke writes on the use of drones

Ulrike Franke has recently published an article, and a separate commentary, on the use of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) or drones.

The article is on UAV proliferation and the danger the increasing use of UAVs might pose to international security. The title is Verbreitung von unbemannten Flugzeugen fuer den militaerischen Gebrauch (Proliferation of unmanned aerial vehicles for military use) and it was published in APuZ (Aus Politik und Zeitgeschichte), a publication by the German Bundeszentrale fuer politische Bildung (Federal Agency for civic education).
