Ulrike Franke publishes article on Germanys armed forces
DPIR student Ulrike Franke has published an article, A Tale of Stumbling Blocks and Road Bumps: Germanys (non-)Revolution in Military Affairs, in a recent issue of the journal Comparative Strategy.
The article assesses why Germanys military has not followed the revolution in military affairs (RMA) experienced in the United States, such as the use of advanced information technologies, unmanned weapon systems, and precision guided munitions.
