Date
Christine Cheng, doctoral student in Politics at Nuffield College, and Dr. Dominik Zaum, University of Reading and a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for International Studies, Oxford, have just published a special issue of International Peacekeeping on ‘Post-conflict Peacebuilding and Corruption’ (Vol.15/3).

The special issue arose from a workshop supported by the World Bank, CIGI (Waterloo, Ontario), and the Centre for International Studies, Nuffield College, and the African Studies Centre (all at Oxford University). It examines the complex relationship between corruption and international efforts to establish the conditions for self-sustaining peace in post-conflict countries from the perspectives of political theory, government, and political economy, as well as through case studies such as Afghanistan, Bosnia, Iraq, and Liberia.
