Sarah Sewall awarded the Bapsybanoo Marchioness of Winchester Thesis Prize 2011
Congratulations to Sarah Sewall, who has won the Bapsybanoo Marchioness of Winchester Thesis Prize 2011 for a paper entitled The Civilian in American Warfare: Normative Pathways and Institutional Imperatives.
Sarah is a former DPhil student at DPIR and is now a lecturer in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
