Registration is now open for `The Godwin Diary: Reconstructing London`s Culture 1788-1836`

Date

Registration is now open for a two-day conference to be hosted on 23 - 24 July 2010 by the Leverhulme sponsored research project editing the diary of William Godwin.

The conference will introduce scholars to the new resource and explore the distinctive light it sheds on our understanding of late eighteenth and early nineteenth century social and political culture. The conference marks the culmination of the three-year project to edit the diary, will launch the diary website, and illustrate its potential as a research tool for the study of the period.
