Vernon Bogdanor analysed an Ipsos Mori poll about Labour/Tory marginal seats for BBC News on 3rd May. He also wrote a comment piece for The Times on the role that the Queen would take in a hung parliament. ‘A hung Parliament, therefore, while it may betoken a political crisis, does not threaten a constitutional crisis; nor need it in any way undermine the political neutrality of the Queen.’
