On 24 September Professor Rana Mitter wasa guest on BBC World Services The World Today Weekend, discussing global news stories including the Eurozone crisis, the Israel / Palestine issue, and Southeast Asian politics. The programme can be heard in full here.

Rana also appeared on In Our Time on BBC Radio 4 with Melvyn Bragg (13 October), discussing the ocean voyages the Chinese made in the 15th Century, during the Ming dynasty.
