Professor Neil Macfarlane awarded honorary doctorate from Tbilisi State University

Congratulations to Neil Macfarlane, who was awarded an honorary doctorate from Tbilisi State University on 10 October.

The degree was awarded by the Academic Council of the University and conferred by the Rector, Alexander Kvitashvili (pictured left). It was for advancing the study of international relations at the University and in Georgia.

Neil is pictured delivering a lecture on sovereignty in contemporary international relations.
