Professor Iain McLean and Dr Sara Hobolt contribute to PSA briefing paper on AV

Professor Iain McLean and Dr Sara Hobolt have both contributed to a PSA briefing paper by Dr Alan Renwick (University of Reading), entitled The Alternative Vote. The paper aims to provide a balanced and accessible evaluation of the pros and cons of the electoral system in the run-up to the 5 May referendum.
