Prof Richard Caplan appointed visiting professor at the University of Konstanz

Congratulations to Professor Richard Caplan, who has been appointed a visiting professor at the Department of Politics and Management and the Center of Excellence of the University of Konstanz.
He will be resident in the summer term 2010 where he will contribute to the master`s programme in Public Administration and Conflict Management.
Richard Caplan is Professor of International Relations, Director of the Centre for International Studies, and Official Fellow, Linacre College.
