Nicola Horsburgh awarded grant to attend the Public Policy and Nuclear Threats Training Program

Nicola Horsburgh, currently a visiting scholar at the East Asia Nonproliferation Program, James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California, has just been accepted as a participant in the Public Policy and Nuclear Threats Training Program held at the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC), University of California, San Diego, July-August 2010.


Nicola has also been awarded a grant to attend this highly competitive training program. Her application stood out among one of the strongest candidate pools IGCC has seen. She is working on China`s nuclear weapons behaviour and its contribution to nuclear order.

Nicola Horsburgh is a DPhil candidate in International Relations.
