Maria Repnikova comments on Chinese policies toward historical memory

Maria Repnikova, a DPhil Candidate in Politics, was quoted in an AFP article (5 August) on Chinas efforts to erase the traces of disgraced politician Bo Xilai.


As Bos trial approaches, the Chinese government is removing references to him from cultural institutions such as the Dalian Modern Museum.
