John Lloyd comments on the News of the World scandal

John Lloyd, Director of Journalism at Reuters Institute of Journalism and contributing editor at the Financial Times, has been appearing in the media recently, discussing the scandal surrounding the News of the World.
John can be heard on an excerpt of BBC Radio 4s Today programme (July 8), discussing fears that the hacking scandal and apparent attempt at a cover-up at the News of the World may have a wider impact on the media landscape.
John was also quoted in an article for the Washington Post (July 7) on the closure of the newspaper, saying that even though the papers owner, News International, is in deep trouble ... it still packs a big punch. The full article can be read here.
