James Panton appeared on BBC Radio 2s Jeremy Vine Show on 27th January to debate whether or not the police should reopen their investigation into claims made by politicians and celebrities that they were the victims of tabloid journalist phone hacking.
James suggested that many journalists have to operate at the fringes of the law in order to uncover truths that those in power may want to keep hidden. The programme can be heard here (debate begins at 8 mins 11 seconds in).
