James Panton comments on the UK election in the media

In the run-up to the national election, James Panton has been commenting on the process in many media forums, including Radio 5 Live, Radio Oxford, South Today, Sky News, as well in the foreign media, including in an article in USA Today.


Notably, he published a pre-election essay, ‘What’s so good about the welfare state’ on spiked-online last week, as well as in Die Presse (Austria, as `Was ist so großartig am Wohlfahrtsstaat?`)

He will be discussing the election results on May 7 on Radio Oxford, from 12:00-14:00, and BBC South Today at 18:30.

Dr. James Panton is a Stipendiary Lecturer in Politics at St John’s College.
