ELAC co-directors comment on the diplomatic situation surrounding Julian Assange
Dapo Akande and Professor Jennifer Welsh, co-directors of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict, have commented on the tricky diplomatic situation following Ecuadors granting of political asylum to Julian Assange.
