Dr Steve Tsang has been quoted in an article on the Dalai Lamas retirement from political life.
Steve noted that the Buddhist spiritual leader was attempting to change a several centuries old theocracy into a secular political authority that supports a religious establishment its a huge deal. The article by Jason Burke appeared in The Guardian on 11 March, p.27, and can be found here.
