Dr Sara Binzer Hobolt awarded grant from Carlsberg Foundation

Dr Sara Binzer Hobolt has been awarded a grant from the Carlsberg Foundation for a project on Ministerial Structures and Agenda-Setting. This is a joint project with Christoffer Green-Pedersen and Peter B. Mortensen at the University of Aarhus and Robert Klemmensen at the University of Southern Denmark, and it will run from January 2009 to December 2011.

The project examines variation in ministerial structures over time and across countries, and draws on agenda-setting theory to explain how and why governments restructure ministries to shape the political agenda.

Sara Binzer Hobolt is University Lecturer in Comparative European Politics and Tutorial Fellow in Politics, Lincoln College.
