Congratulations to Omar McDoom who has been awarded an ESRC Post Doctoral Fellowship for the period February 2009 to May 2010. Omar McDoom is a comparative political scientist and a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Politics at Oxford University. His research interests cover the Great Lakes of Africa, as well as civil wars and genocides.
