Dr Claudia Schrag Sternberg awarded UACES Prize for Best Book in Contemporary European Studies

Congratulations to Claudia Schrag Sternberg, who has been awarded the UACES Prize for Best Book in Contemporary European Studies for her BookThe Struggle for EU Legitimacy: Public Contestation, 1950-2005.

UACES Chair Helen Drake said in her speech: “Claudia’s book was heralded by one member of the jury as a ‘major contribution to the literature which brings together many threads and makes sense of them, building a highly original argument that will shape future research agendas’.”

Dr Claudia Schrag Sternberg is Career Development Fellow, St Hugh's College, and Associate Member, Department of Politics and International Relations, Oxford University.
