Dr Alex Pravda comments on what Putin wants in Ukraine

Alex Pravda was quoted in an article for the Daily Telegraph (15 April) entitled What does Vladimir Putin want in Ukraine?

In it he said, There are two possible interpretations of these events. Either this is part of a long-term strategy to partition Ukraine. Or its a series of tactical moves designed to leverage influence over Kiev. I think its the latter.
