Carlotta Minnella, DPhil candidate in International Relations, awarded pre-doctoral Fellowship

Congratulations to Carlotta Minnella, DPhil candidate in International Relations, who has been awarded a pre-doctoral fellowship at the Belfer Center`s International Security Program, Harvard Kennedy School.

Carlotta will complete research on her DPhil project on national security culture, international norms and counter-terrorism policies at Harvard, before returning to Oxford.
