As always, there will be a wine reception prior to the event, starting at 8pm. The speaker will be Dr Richard Connolly, who will be speaking to us on ‘Russia's Arms Industry Under Sanctions’.
Dr Richard Connolly is currently Director of the Eastern Advisory Group and an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). He has also acted as a consultant to NATO, OSCE, defence ministries of the UK and US, as well as private sector companies across the world. Dr Connolly's most recent books are Russia’s Response to Sanctions (2018), and the Very Short Introduction to the Russian Economy (2020).
