About the speaker:
Sihao Huang is a DPhil student at DPIR studying AI governance and technology policy. He is a Marshall Scholar, a Technology Security Fellow at RAND, and an external advisor at UK DSIT. Prior to Oxford, he researched China's semiconductor industrial policy in Beijing as a Schwarzman Scholar. Sihao also founded a startup in the aerospace industry and holds a B.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering from MIT.
