April 2024 marks the 75th Anniversary of NATO – the transatlantic alliance as prominent in the Cold War as in the Ukraine conflict today. Its changing political initiatives, military operations, and burgeoning membership from 12 to 31 countries (and counting!) reflect its enduring significance.
